Bookings are guaranteed only when payment is made in advance or a deposit is paid beforehand. The booking window extends up to 1 day before check-in or even on the check-in day itself, subject to availability.
For guaranteed or prepaid bookings:
Free Cancellation: At least 15 days before the arrival date. The advance payment will be refunded within 30 days of the cancellation request. A handling fee of 25 RON applies, plus any bank charges.
Late Cancellation (less than 15 days): For cancellations made fewer than 15 days before arrival, or in case of no-show after 21:00 on the arrival day, the full booking amount is charged.
Early check-in before 14:00 and late check-out after 11:00 may be accommodated subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Accommodation is provided upon presentation of a valid ID and completion of the registration form. Room allocation is based on availability on the check-in day.
Rates are displayed on the website. To confirm the rate, contact us at office@galeriagrafit.ro or by phone. Rates include VAT and vary depending on the period and type of accommodation. Galeria Grafit management may modify special offer periods without prior notice.
Parking is at your own risk, on the public road near the apartments. Parking spaces cannot be reserved. We accept no responsibility for theft or damage.
We accept no responsibility for items forgotten, lost, or allegedly stolen on the premises.
This policy may be changed without prior notice. For special offers, terms may be adjusted. Galeria Grafit reserves the right to take legal action for any violation of house rules.
